Our Backgroud

Fesmos International Limited was incorporated in September 1997 as an Engineering Company in Nigeria under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (RC-321,475). Evidence of the Company’s Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission, Abuja is attached herewith.

The Company commenced business in January 1998 and has since then engaged in the servicing of the oil industry for the purposes of rendering Procurement/Supply services, Engineering Construction Services, Project Management, Construction/Fabrication, Pipelines/Flowlines and Process Pipe works, and Installation/commissioning of various categories.
